Unit powers on, but only 4 outlets on the rear operate and the one on the front works as well. It appears that is does not boot. Power button has no effect and there is no network link.
For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
