Unit powers on, and the remote LED comes on immediately and you cannot change the settings via the front panel. We tried various DIP switch settings, and could not get the unit to go into local control mode and enable the DC output. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
