Unit powers on and is capable of playing tapes. However, transport functions operate intermittently, with playback, fast-forward, and rewind stopping automatically after a few seconds. Additionally, tapes frequently become caught during ejection, causing the tape media to be pulled from the cassette housing. A slight hissing noise is also present during playback. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
