Kikusui TOS 5051 Withstanding Voltage Tester - AS IS

Unit powers on, but nothing appears on the screen. If you press the start button, the meter backlight turns red, when the stop button is pressed, the meter backlight turns off, therefore we are unable to identify if it's working or not. Unit will have heavy discoloration and missing the red outer ring. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
