Kikusui TOS 5051 Withstanding Voltage Tester

This unit has been tested, but all DIP switches set to Off. When turning one or more on, voltage test did not start when button was pushed. The start and stop buttons seem non functional.

Cosmetically in good condition showing minor scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use as well as all four feet are broken.

Includes Voltage Tester as pictured. No additional items or accessories are included. Unless pictured, no power adapter / power cable included.
