HP E3614A 0-8V 0-6A Variable DC Power Supply - AS IS For Parts

Unit powers on and outputs power, but the volt meter on the front panel does not read correctly, showing incorrect negative voltage and the voltage continuously drops. Voltage knob does adjust voltage as intended. Current meter works as intended. Meter shows the correct voltages when OVP/CC Set button is held in, but as soon as button is released, the voltage meter starts dropping again. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
