Unit powers on, outputs voltage and current, but will not output over about 14.5V, no matter what current setting. When left on, the voltage drifts slowly down. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
