Unit powers on, but the screen has lines across the entire thing and it is very hard to read. Small amount visible at very top and very bottom. Able to test the output, output is accurate. Fair condition due to the screen bad and rust/corrosion on front and right side. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.
We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
