Cosmetically in fair condition showing moderate to heavier scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use. There is some chipping paint and rust/corrosion on edges. One of the two magnetic door holders has fallen back into the case. Door does stay shut on it's own with one magnet.
Includes UV Crosslinker, 5x Ushio F8T5BLB, and Power Cable as pictured. No additional items or accessories are included.
