Cosmetically in good condition showing minor scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use. There is a plastic piece that is missing on the rear of one of the handle mounts. Power button cover is missing, but the power button is able to be cycled using a pen or similar item to push in.

Includes RF LCR Meter as pictured. No additional items or accessories are included. Unless pictured, no power adapter / power cable included.
